CT Technologist
Under the direction of the Chief Radiology Technologist, Director of Medical Imaging, and Staff Radiologists, the CT Technologist is responsible to safely and proficiently perform computerized tomography imaging procedures and related patient care according to, government regulations, physician orders, policies and procedures of the Medical Imaging Department, and policies and procedures of the hospital.
Qualifications
1. Graduate of a 2 year accredited school of Radiologic Technology or comparable training.
2. Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.).
3. Current M.R.T. registry with the Texas Department of Health.
4. Adequate CT experience and proven competence as determined by CT Supervisor, Department Director, and Medical Director.
5. CPR Certification.
