"There’s just something special here. You can feel it."

Guadalupe’s nine years with TOH have been some of the best of her life. She’d like to point out that the patients and employees are nice, and that there is plenty of teamwork to go around.

"I am close to the hospital; in so many ways."

Russell is proud to live near the hospital, and be apart of it professionally day after day. Originally, he began here with a pharmacy internship 28 years ago, and has remained ever since. He acknowledges how SB offers so many different services and choices for one’s career.

"I just knew this was the place I needed to be."

Christy has been with CL for six years, and has loved every minute of it. She also loves her commute, living within close proximity to the hospital. Her favorite things about working here are the flexible schedules and great support system from her managers.

"I’m here. And my heart is, too."

Bea came to EH from the Philippines through an international nursing program. She especially likes the closeness and bonds she’s formed during her 14 years at the hospital. “It’s like everybody knows everybody” is how she best describes it here.

"If it wasn't a warm environment, I wouldn't have stayed."

Dee not only lives close to work, she feels akin with it. She says as a healthcare professional, the doctors are comfortable with you. And the employees are more than comfortable with each other. So much that if something happens to somebody in the unit, it's almost as if it affects everybody.
